i found the room to be very clean and well kept. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i appreciated the provided tea, coffee, and water in the room. the hotel offered a shuttle service to the park every 15 minutes, which i found very convenient.
i noticed the daily parking fee was a bit steep! it cost $50 a day.

the room was so comfortable with an amazing view. cristina was helpful at check-in. a kind gentleman even surprised my children with a good slice of cake, it made their day. i would definitely recommend this hotel to other families visiting.
the wait time to speak to someone at the front desk was a little long. it was a bit of a damper on an otherwise wonderful experience.

My room had a GREAT view of the park (especially at night with all the lights!). The walk to Universal Studios was short, and the hotel also offers a shuttle. I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The room included two queen beds, very comfortable for our family. the bathroom had soft towels and travel-size toiletries. Everything smelled wonderful. the heated outdoor pool was very pleasant, it was perfect for an afternoon dip. i appreciated the easy access to the cafe for morning coffee.
The wait to speak with someone at the front desk was a bit long. I wish there had been more staff available during peak hours.

I really enjoyed the hotel location near Universal Studios. It was a super short walk. The hotel room was also nice. I appreciated the comfortable beds. The executive floor had complimentary breakfast, I loved that!
The incidental deposit increased to $100. This was a surprise. The hotel pool closed for two days. I also noticed that the servers looked depressed. I did not like it.

the universal studios shuttle was very convenient. it ran often and saved us the walk. the pool area stayed open late and i used the hot tub after a long day. the ability to text housekeeping was a nice touch for requests.
the water pressure in the shower was not particularly strong.
